Regular Maintenance & Repair procedure is supposed to be including but not limited to the simple steps as below:

  • Description of your problem (with alarm or error code if possible)
  • Confirmation of your problem (normally within the same business day)
  • Shipment to EASYCNC (before service) 
  • Maintenance & Repair service (rush service is optional and available)
  • Shipment to Customer (after service) 
  • Warranty and Support (ensure your expectation is well achieved)
